Be aware that there's no New Game+ (NG+), so you won't be able to start a new playthrough with your existing character if you need to do a second playthrough. If you're not sure if you can do it on Nightmare immediately, you can always lower the difficulty if you feel like you're better of doing it in two playthroughs. In this playthrough, you mainly want to familiarize yourself with the game and want to focus on the missable trophies, getting most if not all of them out of the way. Apart from that trophy and the trophy to beat the game on Hard (difficulty trophies stack), everything else can be done on whatever difficulty you prefer.
